Welcome to the Aerospace Society! We welcome any and all students, not just engineers!
We run day trips every semester, regular software workshops, and are in the planning stages of several bigger, hands-on projects from model aircraft clubs to building a real rocket.
Current activities we do:
Software Workshops:
MATLab: 3PM - 5PM in IC1.76 on Wednesdays.
Solidworks: 3PM - 5PM in IC1.76 on Fridays
Day trips (eg. museums): Typically one every semester
Planned activities/events:
Model aircraft club
Bottle rocket contests
Giant paper plane contests
Designing and building a functioning rocket
Engineering industry visits / talks
