Teesside University Music Society is for anyone interested in any instrument, any genre, at any ability.
The society is for people who want to
- learn any new instrument: we will either put you in touch with someone that can teach you in the society, or find a local music teach for you!
- teach an instrument,
- practice an instrument they already know,
- join a band/group or start your own!,
- practice with a band your already in,
- gig at most local venues as a band/group or as a solo artist,
- develop your musical theory knowledge for fun or for a grading,
- perform at society organised events; such as, our end of year concerts, Christmas concerts, freshers week and any other events throughout the year.
The society have access to recording studios, and soon, we plan to set up a live lounge with click radio exclusively for music society members!
